Here's a look at my Roaster Set-up....

Let me walk you through a few details.....

Constructed of 2x3 pine, particle board shelves, and anchored to floor joists above. Unseen, in the top right corner is a 6" duct booster, which vents up the chimney. The flat front above the roasters acts as a hood to contain the smoke. There at the top are also three hinged flaps. During roasting the only flap that's opened is in front of the roaster that's producing smoke. When using both units, as one enters 1st crack, the other unit is started. Then the first unit is finishing and dumped into the bean cooler and reloaded, as the second unit is entering 1st crack.
